Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to prepare and serve basic bar lunch menu 2-5 days per week. If you have a passion for food preparation and have the ability to work alone and unsupervised in a kitchen setting, we want to hear from you.

Shifts will generally be 4 hours usually 11am-3pm however this on rare occasions may vary. Days of work will vary therefore flexibility is essential and ability to work some weekends essential.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and serve meals as per basic bar lunch menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures
- Follow food safety standards and regulations at all times

Skills
- 1 year experience in food preparation or cooking

- Food Hygiene Level 2 desirable but full training given for the right candidate
- Ability to work well on own and unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
